repairs services for busy professionals and business people like you
living in Abuja metropolis while you preserve your most valuable assets –
time and convenience.

Door locks, bolts, hinges & keys
Refrigerators, deep freezers & air conditioners
Our services packages are designed for just about everyone: PAYG, Easy Home Subscription and Business Class Subscription for individual clients and F.F.P, On-the-spot and Hybrid for corporate clients.
For our basic home appliances and fittings repairs service, we have 2 subscription plans for our individual clients – Easy Home and Business Class. As a subscriber, when we receive your work call, we book it in our Work Call Complaints Form and in a short time an Agon Workman will be at your doorstep with the Client Services Manager. Agon Workman will then assess your faulty fittings and appliances and if the items require replacement, we will provide you with a Proforma Invoice for replacing the faulty item(s) only. If the price is acceptable and the funds are made available we will carry out the replacement and repairs without delay. There will, therefore, be no service charges. After the work, we will fill out a Work Call Records Form stating the specific work call, workman’s repairs, supervisor’s authentication and your own confirmation. All our documentation are either in duplicate or triplicate.
The subscription rate for the Easy Home Package is N25,200 per annum while the Business Class Package is N126,000 per annum.
Our service is available from 8.00am to 5.00pm (Monday to Saturday). If you are a Business Class subscriber, we will replace items of up to N1,000 and carry out liaison with relevant public utility service providers like PHCN and FCT Water Board to resolve maintenance problems relating to provision of services to the appliances and facilities.
We also have Group Subscription discounts for subscribers within a group structure such as co-workers in the same organisation.
To enjoy the service is easy: just complete a subscription invoice and return to us.
Our service rates are based on actual operating costs plus a reasonable profit margin and not just because we are offering a first-rate service. If you are calling us due to a referral, chances are that pricing will most likely not be a factor in your decision to hire us. You expect quality work and you already know we will provide it.
Do our rates seem expensive? Maybe, maybe not. But consider this: we pay liability insurance, vehicle insurance, and we have an equipped truck stocked with a selection of common parts. We also have a collection of tools and equipment that give us the ability to complete your work faster, safer, and with higher quality than some of the “cheaper” workmen you will find out there.
Most workmen rarely have any type of liability insurance. Some move around with a few tools and some basic parts. While most of them mean well and many do a nice job, many homeowners, business owners and offices do not realize that these workmen or maintenance contractors can be a significant liability to them or their property. With no insurance, what happens if they damage your faulty fittings/appliances? And usually, the lower the cost, the lower the skill level.
We can usually complete the job in less time because we stock a large selection of common parts and have the tools necessary to do the job right on the truck. We do not waste time looking for tools, running back for the “right tool” or having to go and buy a simple part.
So in the long run, better equipment, readily available parts, and less time spent on the job equals a lower cost and higher quality work for our clients.
